Waves – Laser cut patterns and their impact on paper

By lasercutting paper in a specific pattern one can alter the inherent properties of paper and make it “elastic“. My goal was to explore the different levels of elasticity as well as to play with the structures and forms that resulted from bending, pulling and squeezing the paper.
